Garlic
We love garlic. The cloves are planted in the Fall, and the mature bulbs are pulled in mid to late July. After washing the soil off the bulbs, we hang them in the barn, out of the sun, for a month or so to dry. The garlic will then keep in a cool, dry, dark place at least until late spring. We use ours right up until we can start “robbing” small heads in late June. We currently have medium size heads for $1.50 & larger ones for $2.00. Mark washing garlic 08
